19. A MODERN TIME RECORD FOR WESTERN CULTURE *(1)

During the 1939-1945 war, American bombing raids on Japan were the most intensive ever. In 14 months, American pilots reached close to 27,000 sorties, or an average of about 65 sorties during 425 days.

Today, the West, thanks to the use of science and technology holds a much more impressive record in destroying the human species. In just 40 days of the genocide against Iraq, the U.S. Air Force, supported by the Western coalition, made 110,000 sorties.

This gives an average of 2,750 sorties a day (114 per hour, or 2 each minute), which means a bombing intensity 42 times higher than the one inflicted Japan.

Even with only 2.5 casualties per sortie, we would still be left with a total of 300,000 casualties in 40 days (i.e. 313 each hour or 5 people killed every minute)! Perhaps this record would be still improved next time in another non-Western country. After all, records are made to be broken. People of the South too.

There is little chance to find this "outstanding achievement" in the Guinness Book of Records. This is the consequence of yet another distressing deviation of the Western value system. What a sad record of the "New International Disorder," which disseminates death profusely, even with relish, in the name of "international law." I am not ashamed to be a pacifist and I pray for the souls of those who are proud to go from one war to another in the name of "civilization."
